9th Annual Junior Trooper Graduation
INSTITUTE - The West Virginia State Police is pleased to announce the names of the students who will be graduating from the 9th West Virginia State Police Junior Trooper Academy. This year’s Academy began on Monday, July 19, 2004, and will end on Friday, July 23, 2004.

The students participated in such activities as morning reveille, physical training, marching and cadence, fingerprinting, evidence collection, photography, firearms training and other classes related to law enforcement. The program is designed for the Junior Troopers to experience what a State Police Cadet goes through during his/her training at the Academy. The Junior Troopers will also be required to successfully pass a final examination prior to graduation.
The graduation will be held at 10:00am on Friday, July 23, 2004, at the West Virginia Rehabilitation Center in Institute. For directions, please call the Academy at 304-766-2600. All media outlets are encouraged to attend.
