West Virginia State Police Recruitment of Female Troopers

South Charleston , West Virginia- Lt. R. Patterson, the West Virginia State Police Recruiting Coordinator, is offering an opportunity for the media to conduct a series of interviews at the West Virginia State Police Academy on Wednesday, February 4, 2009, at 2:00 pm. The purpose of these interviews will be for the media to explore the issues related to the recruitment of female Troopers within the ranks of the West Virginia State Police. The interviews will also provide clarity to the new testing procedures and physical fitness requirements.
