Greenbrier County On Wednesday, August 2, 2006, while conducting marijuana eradication flyovers in the Quinwood area, Troopers spotted several plots of marijuana leading to the seizure of 468 plants valued at $936,000. The plants were discovered at the farming residence of James Webb, 75, and Shelia Webb, 45, of Quinwood, WV. Both Webbs were arrested for cultivation of marijuana and posession with intent to deliver.

Also discovered was a quantity of marijuana packaged for sale. Three (3) ATVs and US currency was also seized during this investigation.
