The information contained in this State Police report was obtained from incident
reports received by the Office of Public Affairs from across the state.
Names of victims and/or suspects will be released per State Police Policy &

Mercer County Drug Arrests
On Tuesday, June 6, 2006, Trooper First Class A. P. Christian of the Princeton
Detachment, along with a member from the West Virginia State Police Bureau of
Criminal Investigations (BCI), arrested Greg Powers, 30 and Miranda Graham, 26,
both of Swansea, SC on charges of conspiracy and delivery of a controlled
substance. Both Powers and Graham had been at large and were the only
remaining individuals to be arrested from previous drug roundups.
During the investigation, TFC Christian was able to obtain information that Greg
Powers had sold a large quantity of pharmaceuticals to an individual in Bluewell,
WV. A search warrant was obtain and served on the residence of Lloyd
"Gator" Clark, age unknown. Troopers seized approximately $21,000 in US
currency, 45 oxycontin tablets, 105 hydrocodone tablets and five firearms.
James Johnson, 35, of Bluewell, WV, who was in the company of Clark, was
searched and arrested for the possession of 199 oxycontin tablets.
All four subjects were arraigned and posted bond.
