Methamphetamine Lab Discovered

 

 

TUCKER COUNTYOn Wednesday, January 19, 2005, Troopers from the Parsons Detachment received information regarding a possible methamphetamine lab in a residence along Route 38 near the Tucker/Barbour County line.

 

Members from the Parsons Detachment, the West Virginia State Police Special Response Team, Bureau of Criminal Investigations and Bomb Team responded to the residence.  The residence contained an active methamphetamine lab and materials used to make methamphetamine were discovered in outbuilding located on the property.  The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) was contacted and assisted in the clean-up.

 

Larry Sikorsky, 39, of Parsons and Donald Bowman, 38, of Moatsville, were arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine.
