South Charleston, West Virginia – On February 22, 2009, at approximately 11:10pm, Trooper M. J. Napier, of the South Charleston Detachment, performed a traffic stop and subsequent search of a silver 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix on Interstate 64 in Charleston, West Virginia. During the search of the vehicle, eight (8) pounds of marijuana and $7,720.00 in U.S. currency were discovered. The driver of the vehicle, Mr. Cory Buescher (18 years of age, from Greensboro, North Carolina ) was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
